How does the free diagnostic service work?
We'll tell you exactly what's wrong with your gadget and how much it will cost to repair. There is no obligation to have it repaired. You cover the cost of shipping to our repair center in Madison, WI and we cover shipping on the way back. Please read of how it works page for more information on the repair process.
What is your warranty?
There is a 60-day warranty on all repairs. If anything goes wrong with your device during that time let us know and you will receive free service. The issues must arise from the same source as repaired and cannot be a result of physical or water damage.
How long before my device is back in my hands?
The typical turnaround time is between 3-5 days. This means that 3-5 days after we receive your gadget it will in your mailbox.
What if my iPod get's lost in the mail?
We have shipped thousands of packages and with not a single one lost! The U.S. Postal Service is extremely reliable. The most important parts are addressing it properly and packaging it safely.
How much to fix water damage?
The reason that water damage is not listed on the price chart is that water damage, depending on how extensive, can cause a variety of issues. If the iPod or iPhone was not completely submerged in liquid send it in for a free diagnostic. Otherwise, the device is probably not worth repairing.
Do you offer any kind of warranty?
Yes! There is a 60 days warranty on all parts, accessories and used gadgets.
How long before I receive my order?
The fastest way to get your order is to pay by PayPal or credit card. For any non-electronic payment method the order will be delayed because of payment transit time. Money orders are faster than checks because we must wait for the check to clear.
What are the payment options available?
We offer three payment options: PayPal, credit card, money order. We recommend PayPal because it allows for the fastest order processing.
Is my order insured against damage? Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, your order is fully insured and you will receive tracking information after shipment.
What is your return policy?
All parts are fully tested before shipping. If your order arrives damaged we allow for an exchange.
