Mail It In
Next, send your gadget(s) in along with the Mail-In Form using the United States Postal Service. First-Class or Priority Mail will be the fastest methods with delivery in 2-3 days. You should obtain a tracking number for your package, and insurance to protect against loss or damage.
We Diagnose
We will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your gadget and provide you with a quote for repair and a price we would pay to purchase the unit from you for use as parts. You can then proceed in 1 of 3 ways...
Have it Repaired
If we have your go ahead for repair, we'll proceed and have your device fixed within 48 hours. Payment can be made by PayPal or Credit Card. Check your repair status for your devices' delivery confirmation number.

Sell It
We offer to purchase all broken and working gadgets. Price will depend on the model and its condition. Payment can only be made to you through PayPal.

Have it Returned
If you choose not to have your device repaired and you are not interested in selling it, we will ship it back to you at no charge!
