Warranty Information
All parts include a 60-day limited warranty. The warranty begins on the delivery date stated by the tracking number.
What's Covered
There are no returns. Your coverage is on an exchange only basis.
Your warranty covers any part, accessory, or used device that should malfunction as a result of product defect or electronic malfunction.

It is recommended that you have the repairs completed by an experienced technician. We will not replace parts that were damaged as a result of improper installation.
This includes torn or broken cables, cracked screens, damaged lcd screens etc. In this case, you will have to re-purchase the part.

There are absolutely no returns/exchanges for purchasing the incorrect part for your needs (i.e. purchased iPhone 3G screen, needed iPhone 3GS screen).
It is the buyers responsibility to purchase the correct part. Please verify your model and generation!

We will not cover issues related to water damage or physical abuse.

Requesting Warranty Replacement
If your issues qualify according to the above terms and you are within the warranty period, contact us and we will set up an exchange for you.
You will be asked to return the defective item before we send out your replacement. If you need the item cross-shipping, you have the option
to re-purchase the part and receive a refund for your original order once your defective item is received.
