You can trade in any used iPod or iPhone and we will deduct the amount from your purchase. If the trade in amount exceeds your purchase you'll get back the difference. Please contact us for details.

All items described as new are just that. Brand new, right from the warehouse and have never been used. All accessories we sell are generally brand new. Used condition means that the iPod has been used and may have been repaired back to working condition. We fully inspect all used merchandise to ensure it is working properly and do any necessary repairs. This can be just as good as new because despite what it looks like on the outside the internal parts are up to date.

All items include a 60 day warranty and cover anything that goes wrong under normal use. We allow you to return the product for a credit or will repair it back to working condition. If it's an accessory it will be replaced. Water damage is not covered. If the item has explicit signs of damage it will not be covered. See full warranty details.
