Is this the service I need?This service is offered to replace a broken glass on the iPad 2. If the iPad has a cracked outer screen or there are issues related to touch sensitivity, this is the service you need.
If the iPad has a cracked LCD screen, dead pixels, dead lines, or other issues related to the display, then it needs a new LCD screen, which is a different service. If both the glass and the LCD are damaged and need replacing, we can offer a discount, post-checkout. If you have any questions or concerns don't hesitate to contact us.
We will remove your old screen and replace it with a brand new one.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If the iPod case is bent, we will do our best to reshape it in order to fit the new screen. If we cannot reshape the metal casing, the new screen will be slightly raised in those corners. In rare circumstances we are unable to install a new screen. In this case, we would refund your purchase price (minus a small service fee) and return your device as-is.
Track your repair status onlineUsing our online order tracking system you can see when your device is received and checked in at our facility, when the repair is completed, and when your device is shipped back to you. A tracking number is provided with the return shipment.
